Forward Kings player Harrison Barnes Positive for Corona

The Sacramento Kings have been hit very hard by the coronavirus. That’s because players like Buddy Hield, Jabari Parker and Alex Len have all tested positive. Not only that, the player who is already in Orlando, namely Richaun Holmes, is now being quarantined after breaking the NBA Bubble protocol at Disney World.

And recently it was reported that one of the Sacramento King forward players, Harrison Barnes, revealed that he was diagnosed positive for the corona virus in social media hers.

The NBA bubble game will start on July 30th. To make a playoff for the first time since 2006, the Kings had to do well in their eight seeded games and hopes for the Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans, Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns to falter.

The Kings will also face the San Antonio Spurs, Orlando Magic, Dallas Mavericks, New Orleans Pelicans (twice), the Brooklyn Nets, the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers in the top matches.

Before the season ended in March, Barnes averaged 14.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists for the Sacramento Kings. Swingman, 28, won the 2015 NBA Championship with the Golden State Warriors. He also recorded a percentage shoot of 45.9% from the field, 38.3% from outside the arc and 80.3% from the free throw line.

Kings endured the longest playoff drought in the NBA. Most pundits haven’t given the club a chance to hit the postseason this year, adding more fuel for Barnes and Co to shock the world at Disney.

Once the preliminaries have started, Sacramento will need De’Aaron Fox, Marvin Bagley III, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Harrison Barnes to play at a high level so that the team can snatch the eighth seed from Western.
